- Call-outs within Tallinn are free; outside of Tallinn, work begins from the moment of departure from the base location (Raua 27) and ends upon return.
- Payment is made in cash unless otherwise agreed.
- Handling items weighing over 100 kg is discussed individually.
- Outside of Tallinn, an additional charge of 0.65€/kilometer applies.
